Through Merchant Services, Fleet Bank was providing full service check and credit card processing for small businesses. It’s tough to get businesses to switch — tougher just to get a meeting to discuss it.  Our solution was to send a simple proposal in a big way — here’s the trophy case — meet with us and we’ll give you the trophy. Since the target resided in the Boston region, the trophy was either a signed football from Drew Bledsoe (QB, New England Patriots) or a signed baseball from Pedro Martinez (Pitcher, Boston Red Sox).  The campaign won a Caples, Echo and a Midas award.
